Has your server been migrated to the new Shockbyte Control Panel and now you're unsure how to login? This guide will walk you through the steps to make sure you can access your server's control panel smoothly.
Check for an Email with Your New Login Details
After your server is migrated to the new control panel, you will receive an email containing a temporary password. You will need to use this password to login for the first time and change it afterwards.
Didn’t receive the email?
- Check your spam/junk folder.
- Ensure your registered email address is correct.
- If you still can't find it, contact our support team for help.
Resetting Your Temporary Password
Once you have found the email, follow these steps:
1. Log In with Temporary Password
- Click on the "Go to Panel" button in the email.
- Copy the temporary password provided and log in to the new control panel.
- If this doesn’t work, click on "Forgot Password?" to get a new one.
2. Resetting Your Password
- After logging in with the temporary password, you will be prompted to reset it for security purposes.
- Follow the instructions to set a new, secure password.
Login Issues and Solutions
Can’t Use Old Credentials
Be aware that your old Multicraft control panel credentials will not work on the new panel. Use the new details provided in the migration email.
Didn’t Receive Temporary Password
If you didn’t get a temporary password in your email, make sure to check your spam folder. If you still can't find it, try using the "Forgot Password?" button on the login page.
Password Reset Problems
If resetting your password after logging in with the temporary one doesn’t work, try the process again by using the "Forgot Password?" button in the login page.
